Our History
The initiative that is now Prestige Football Development, was formed in the year 2012 followed by, research and crucial recruiting to help find individuals who were passionate about the youth’s contribution in the world of sports, and eventually got the ball rolling in late 2013, but it was not until 2014 that the really began establishing itself on the soccer front. And during its acceptance into the Lowest local football leagues (Lowest LFA), the team rose to the occasion and acquired top in both its primary age groups (super league and under 17 junior league) on the logs and still growing evermore frighteningly “for the oppositions”.

Prestige football development academy for the goal of To search and find underprivileged talented youngsters from all corners of the country and give them the help they need to become professional footballers.
We train them to pass the selections of the big football clubs in order to give them the chance to become professional players.
Academy Objectives
The academy identifies economically underprivileged young boys in the Republic of South Africa and provides them with proper soccer training as well as provides them with an opportunity of academic excellence to study while they are being trained in soccer activities.
It is our hope that once we create this opportunity to economic life to these underprivileged young boys, we are assisting to build a drug free nation and also assisting the national building effort by creating career opportunities to the young boys who will eventually realize their potential instead of getting involved in drugs, smoking, theft or such other malpractices in society.
Prestige is now home to over 43 registered young athletes, making it one of the fastest growing football development initiatives in the Johannesburg region keeping in mind that this has been successful within a period of 4 Years; we aim to promote a serious heritage that will represent their development and their aspiring young talents.
